There were a few reasons that I decided to start this blog.
One, to have something to motivate me to keep reading. It’s been a struggle to start reading for my own enjoyement. I got so used to only reading for school, having it be more of a chore than a skill or a pastime. I want to get the same joy that I used to feel when I would read when I was younger.
Two, I wanted to have a place to write down my thoughts and process everything I have read. After reading, I love having a space to work through what called out and how I connect it to my world around me. It would be great to hear what others have to say as well!
Three, I really want to get better at writing and conveying my thoughts and ideas. If you have any feedback about my writing, feel free to send me a message.
At the top of my page, you will also see buttons for different pages. Along with books, I am also listing a few of the resources that I either mention in my posts or that I come across and want to share with others.
I hope you stay with me through the journey and get something out of this blog as well 🙂
